Jenna is the owner of Happy Strong Healthy®, a virtual private practice that uses mindful eating, behavior change management, and a health first, weight neutral approach to help clients heal their relationship with food, fitness, body, and self, while simultaneously helping them learn how to fuel and nourish their unique bodies and create long term, sustainable improvements in health. Jenna is also the co-host of the What the Actual Fork podcast, a content creator, and mom of three.
